Getting Started: How to Log In
Authentication in LoyalGPT is handled securely through a single sign-on (SSO) process, ensuring seamless access for authorized users while maintaining the highest standards of security.
Signing In with Okta
Access the Login Page: To begin the authentication process, navigate to the LoyalGPT login page.
Click "Sign in with Okta": On the login page, click the "Sign in with Okta" button located at the top.
Enter Okta Credentials: You will be redirected to Okta's login page, where you can enter your company-provided credentials (username and password).
Authentication: After entering your credentials, Okta will authenticate your identity and redirect you back to LoyalGPT.
Access Granted: Upon successful authentication, you will be logged in to LoyalGPT and can begin using the application.
